IntwayCareer: General Information

Intway Career Plan is based on the number of steps which you complete according to the Global Bonus Program (GBP). All the partners that are members of any club of the Corporation have the right to complete a qualification within the framework of the Career Plan. Steps are counted towards the qualification from the moment of the payment of their business-place.
Your Career level in the program is displayed in your back-office.
Condition for promotion track: all the managers (irrespective of qualification completion date) should hand in three personal business-references: to have two personally invited partners in the spillover, i.e. in the sponsor branch, and one partner in the personal branch. It does not depend on getting structural bonus.

1st level “Manager team ”. When covering a certain number of steps in a certain period of time, partners get presents from the Corporation:

Manager.As a present you get Life Chip Mobile — a means of protection against cell phone radiance
Sales Manager. You will receive an authentic Parker pen with the inscription Intway World Corporation as a gift.
Regional Manager. You will receive an authentic Samsonite wallet with the Corporation’s logo as a gift.
Area Manager. You will receive brand-name watch with the Corporation’s logo as a gift.

Partners with the qualifications Country Manager and Executive Manager get Gift certificates which they will by able to spend in the Business Room hall.

2nd level “President team ”. As an incentive, for all the qualification of the given level, you will receive options instead of gift certificates. All the gift certificates, accumulated at this level till August 1, 2008, are transfered to the options in one-to-one proportion.

Partners with the 1st and 2nd qualification levels receive corresponding diplomas.
